Like our whisky, our home will mature for decades to come, gradually blending into the surrounding landscape. From our turf roof, to reforestation projects around the site to encourage native species, our distillery is designed to reflect and respect the natural shapes and colours around us.

Inside the building, we’ve channelled over a century of experience to devise a progressive distillery designed to produce outstanding whiskies for the future. Every part of the distillation process from the raw ingredients, to the precise nature of fermentation, the unique shape of our copper pots stills and the casks used to mature the spirit, is specifically designed to maximise flavour and character as efficiently as possible.
CRN57° WHISKY - EXCLUSIVELY AVAILABLE AT THE CAIRN DISTILLERY
The first whiskies distilled at The Cairn will arrive in the 2030s. In the meantime, you can enjoy a taste of what’s to come, with a variety of sherry cask-matured, unpeated expressions available only to visitors. Our CRN57 range comprises a variety of blended malts up to 70 years old—exquisite drams that reflect the style and character of what’s being produced. It's an opportunity to taste the future, today.
