"We've worked hard to source sustainable, traditional and artisan products for our menu. Our bread is baked just down the road here in Grantown, and our Scottish cheeses are all award-winning. The slow cured Highland Charcuterie is made with high welfare meat and our Scotch Pie is made right here, with mutton farmed in the Cairngorms National Park. We hope you enjoy tasting The Cairn on a plate, as much as you will in a glass."
