TASTING NOTES
Nose: Red apples, cinnamon and cloves. Orange marmalade and roasted walnuts.
Palate: Raspberry, apple and a touch of pepper. Sweet and spicy along with tangy chocolate orange.
Finish: Fruity with a spicy oak finish.

Ingredients:
50ml CRN57 12-year-old
50ml cloudy apple juice
Light ginger ale
Red apple
Method:
Fill highball glass to the top with ice and add the whisky and cloudy apple juice
