This Bonfire Night event will include a sumptuous dinner with tailored wine and whisky pairings. The menu will feature some of the finest ingredients Scotland has to offer.

The evening will be hosted by The Gathering’s menu curator, Tim Maddams. He will be happy to chat about the restaurant’s sustainable philosophy and its seasonal, locally sourced fare.
